A native Houstonian, Amber Griffin is familiar with all areas of the Greater Houston Area. A graduate of Jersey Village High School, she then attended Sam Houston State University. She spent many years excelling in industrial and corporate sales before embarking on a career in residential real estate sales.

After obtaining her Real Estate License in 2002, Amber started her career with Ross Dunn Realty before joining Keller Williams Realty. She was working at John Daugherty Realtors when she accepted an invitation to join The David Young Team in 2007. With over $110 million per year in sales, The David Young Team was ranked by the Houston Business Journal as the Number 3 Team in 2005 and the Number 4 Team in 2006, as compared to all other residential real estate teams in the Greater Houston Area with regards to dollar sales volume.

Amber expertly facilitates her real estate transactions from inception to closing, while building strong personal relationships with each individual client. Her enthusiasm and attention to detail combined with her industry knowledge and negotiation skills allow her to successfully meet her clients' needs and constantly exceed their expectations.

Amber is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), Texas Association of Realtors (TAR) and has earned the Accredited Buyers Representation designation (ABR).
